Airport Transportation Pickup Procedures

@ RDU

Terminal 1: Passengers arriving on Southwest or AirTran will be met outside at Zone #4 (Brown Sign).

Terminal 2: Passengers arriving on Delta, United Airlines, American Airlines, US Airways will be met outside at Zone #16 (Brown Sign).

Passengers must call (336-391-2790) after they have claimed their bags.  The car will be dispatched from the limo cell lot located a short distance from the terminals. Drive time is less than 3 minutes.

@ Charlotte/Douglas (CLT)

@ Greensboro (PTI)

The chauffeur will meet the passenger at the bottom of the escalator in baggage claim with a sign and a smile.  You’ll receive assistance with your bags and a smooth ride wherever you are headed.
